Insert/Remove media alerts

I swore I used to have this working right...

When I do an import or export of say 5 tapes, the I/O port opens to import or export and I get an alert stating to insert or remove media from the media portal.

How do I get this to go away without having to click Respond->OK each time? I'm putting the media in or taking it out, doesn't it know that and should just clear itself?

You need to configure backup exec to respond automatically to these categories of alerts, refer to the following technote for details.
