Install BE 2010 ON HP storageworks msl (AJ034A) , MSL2024, LTO-4 Ultrium 1840, 864 GB/hr, 76.8 TB, using Fiber Channel

Need help for installing BE 2010 on HP storageworks msl (AJ034A) , MSL2024, LTO-4 Ultrium 1840, after we install the BE 2010 we recieve an error bellow:

This is a trust problem, make sure that your CAS is up.

If you are not on SP2 and have the latest hotfixes, run Liveupdate a couple of times to update all your servers.

Lastly, push out the remote agents to your remote servers.

can you  describe more detail about the "CAS"?

we are using windows server 2008 R2.

and using "tape library HP storageworks msl (AJ034A) , MSL2024, LTO-4 Ultrium 1840 ", do we have to buy agent for the tape library above?

You don't need any licence to operate the library

CAS = Central Admin Server.  Is this server a managed media server?

...in which case, did you upgrade your CASO server BEFORE you upgraded your MMS? If not, do so and restart the BE services on the MMS.
