Installation SP1/10.1(5629)

Hallo
My Environment is W2003R2/BKUPEXEC10.d(10.2/5629). I would like to install the SP1.
During the installation I get following message:
BackupExec search the path or folder, where is the installationpackage
"Vertias Backup Exec for Windows Server.msi" and show me following
path
C:\DOKUME~1\ADMINI~1.JC\LOKALE~1\Temp\1\Tempor�res Verzeichnis 4 f�r Q180958.BEWS10.1.5629.3.ESD.zip\WINNT\INSTALL\BE\
but there C:\DOKUME~1\ADMINI~1.JC\LOKALE~1\Temp\ is no Folder "1".
What is wrong, Thanky You for some Hints

--Also Unregister and then register the Installer service using the command line switches shown below. This shuts down and reregisters the service, which assures that the Windows Installer engine should function properly. Enter the following commands from a command prompt:
1) msiexec /unregister
2) msiexec /regserver
