Installation issue with Backup Exec 2012 SP1

Hi,

I am trying to install the Backup Exec 2012 SP1. The installation runs very smoothly till the installation revivew step and after that it installs the Microsoft Report Viewer Redistributable 2005 and it fails at Symantec Backup Exec without any errors.So please can any body help in regards to this...

...stop your AV and try this again. Are you doing this through LiveUpdate or manually? If it fails on 1, try the other...ie. it fails in LU, then download it and install it manually.

Would you pls post bkupinst2012.htm from either of the locations

C:\ProgramData\Symantec\Backup Exec\Logs

C:\allusersprofile\Application Data\Symantec\Backup Exec\Logs
