Installing 10.0 on Exchange Servers

I am trying to install 10.0 on Exchange Servers that have previously had 7.3 running. It will not let me install due to previous version and I have no instructions on removing that version. It is not a simple remove programs. Any suggestions as to where to find those instructions? Thanks.

Hello,
If you have a previous installation of Bcakup Exec, you may either uninstall it completely from Add/Remove programs or upgrade the same installation.
In order to upgrade V7.x to 10.0 please refer to the following technote:
