Installing Agent

Hi,

I have Backup Exec 2010 r3 installed.

I'm trying to install "desktop and laptop agent" in a workstation (windows xp sp3)

I get an error - :install failed with error 1603

I disable firewall and antivirus. I also checked 'remote registry' service is enabled,but still i unable to install.

Why ? What shouid i do ?

you also try performing a local install of the dlo agent

...there are numerous reasons for the 1603 error...you should get more information from the OP about why the error occurs, when and how before posting a random solution for it.
