Installing Backup Exec Updated Agent on servers without internet access

I need to update the backup exec agent on several servers.  none of the servers to be updated have internet access so I cannot use liveupdate. the server performing the backup does have internet access, but it only downloads a package that combines the agent with a service pack for the backup program itself which will not install when I copy it over to the servers that need only the agent update.  i have not been able to find a download that has only the agent.  Any suggestions?   BTW, this is Backup Exec 12.5.

Option 1) You upgrade the media server and then push install the remote agents from the tools menu on the media server - so the agents don't need to get to the internet.

Option 2) You upgrade the media server and then copy the RAWS32 or RAWSx64 folders from the agents folder to each remote server and then do local installs of the agent.

Oh and BTW Agents can never be upgraded via LiveUpdate - only media servers are supported for that.
