Installing DLO on the BE server. How ?

I don't find the DLO Administration service after upgrading to 11d whether running or not.
The SQL instance BE_DLO is there, but is has no user-database in it.

The setup program says, the DLO option is installed on the BE server


What can I do ?

Hi,

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling of DLO?

Do you find the installation footprints in registry?

(HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Symantec\DLO\3.0\AdminService)
