Installing SP1 for backupexec 10.0

I am having some difficulty installing SP1 on backupexec 10.0. It gets about all of the way through and then says it gets interrupted. It starts the rollback procedure at the end of “starting services”.

I have followed tech document 258603 and the system account has been set to allow access permission.

Below is my install log. Can you give me any ideas?

Are you using the CD to install it? Are you installing it from an installation folder that is not local to the server you want BE on?

I had the same issue until I copied the installation folder to the server I wanted BackupExec on.

If that is not the reason, ensure that you have full administrative rights to the server.
