Intelligent Disaster Recovery wizard fails error opening 51SSETUP.IT_

Hi,
backup exec 10d version 10.1 rev 5629 is installed on a windows 2003 SP1 server
All latest Microsoft and Veritas patches are installed.
OS and BEX are in italian and fully licensed. IDR Optoin is installed on media server and licensed

When creating Intelligent Disaster Recovery media (tape or cd) for a Windows 2003 server using a Service Pack 1 integrated Windows 2003 CD, the error "Error opening "\\SERVER\C$\Programmi\VERITAS\Backup Exec\NT\IDR\disk1\51SSETUP1.IT_" may occur.
I check the directory and only: 51SSETUP1.EN and 51SSETUP1.DE are present.

I check your on line support before inquiry and I found some article about Hot fix 23 but not fix my issue.
Please tell me where I can find this file. Regards tnx in advanced

The above mentioned error occurs when the file 51SSETUP1.ITA is not found in the
\Program Files\Veritas\BackupExec\NT\IDR\Disk1\ folder

Install the latest Veritas supllied drivers. Don't forget to reboot the server.
And then try rerunning the IDR CD creation wizard.
