Inventory Job status is running but nothing is happening?

I am running Version 11.0, Build 7170, 32bit with Hotfix 3,4,5 and latest Veritas drivers 5.1.25
OS Info: Windows 2003, Build 3790, Service Pack 1
VTL: Quantum DXi3500, latest firmware 04.00.141
 
BackupExec recognizes the robot and tape devices and reads the barcode labels from the media, however inventory jobs run but nothing happens.  When trying a Backup job, it will be queued forever and SGmon logs the following BackupJob: thread id 0x0000059C unable to mount, error 0xE000810C
 
It appears that the media is never loaded, any suggestion on next steps???

I would suggest to check your system log for hardware errors.  Also, do you have any utilities on the server to test the functionality of robot?

The robot was not responding correctly and has been reset using Quantum support vstools.  BE11 is now functioning normaly.    In response to the post above, thank you and there were no hardware errors in the system logs.

I seem to have the same problem....with inventory running but doing nothing. How do I reset my robotic libraries:(
