Is there any documentation on how to recover an exchange 2007 server if it crashes.  I am using Backup Exec 12.5

I found this article. I'd suggest reading it, and trying to restore an Exchange server to a test server if you have one. Just make sure you don't bring it up on the network or it's going to cause issues:

We do not have much documentation on this in Backup Exec, but administrator's guide should be of help. You may also try referring to following Microsoft document and webcast:

Once you have an understanding of this, BE would help you in performing the restores and recovery.
