Issue ejecting media with pooled devices.

Have 2 LTO 5 tape units that we pool to backup a server and it works great except it isn't ejecting both tapes when the job is done, only one of them.

12.5 BEW,

Quanum LTO 5 tapes units,

BEW expansion library agent installed

Seems You have a Stand Alone tape Drive.

The drive Pool is considered as a single device for the Job.

 The Tape ejected would be the last Drive & tape used in the Job.

To overcome this You May us the BEMCMD after the Job completes to Eject the tape in the post command section of the Job

Usage:

c:\program files\Symantec\Backup Exec\bemcmd -o115 -d"HP 1"

-d is the name of the tape drive (as seen in the devices tab)
