Hi,
I have a job that backs up a Citrix XenApp 6.5 server that is either 'failing' or 'backing up with exceptions'.
See below for the errors i am getting.
I'm thinking that these files are either locked when Backup Exec is trying to run the backup,
or
The user has looged off Citrix (deleting the profile on logoff) and Backup Exec cant find the file because it is no longer on the server.
Has anyone had this before ?

...have you turned on Advanced Open File Option? If not, do so and try it again.
Thanks!

Hi CraigV,
Advanced open file is turned on already. I have attached a screenshot of the settings.
Thanks,

Hi,
I will need to arrange a suitable time to run the chkdsk as it will be required to run on reboot.
Do you know if this issue is being caused by the Citrix user profile being cleared on logoff, and backup exec still thinking the files exist and need to be backed up?
Thanks
