Job Failed System State file cannot be backed up

Help! I have Back up exec Version 10.1 and for the last two weeks my jobs are failing due to the system state files not able to back up. I have tried updating drivers and I made sure that the account its using is the admin account as well as making sure I had enough disc space. Can anyone help me?
