we are experiencing a major problem with our Back Exec 10.0. REV 5484.
we are using NAS (Windows Storage Server 2003 R2) and we are not able to backup from this machine.
we get the job failure as mentioned at the subject.

we are using Advance open files, i tried it without it and no results.
we are not using DFS nor CPS.

if you logon onto the media server as the BackupExec Service account, can you access data on the NAS box?
