Job Monitor access for user

I have a user I want to be able to view BackupExec by access the server through Terminal Service. However, when the user logs into the BackupExec server with their user account Job Monitor and everything else in BackupExec are empty. No jobs are in Job Monitor...etc. Everything looks fine when logging in as the administrator. This user is not a part of the Administrators group. My question is can they login with their username and password and look at the Backup jobs just to make sure they are running.

You can give that user ExecView, and configure him/her for view access only

So, I can actually download the ExecView program? This would be good because we cannot locat the ExecView CD that came with our software package.
