Job fails on random corrupt file (not exchange/pst file) and file is OK

Hi,

I have a BackupExec 9.1 job (on Win server 2003) that does a full backup nightly. Recently it's been failing on "corrupt" files like ppt and xls documents etc. If I open the files they are fine. Also, the following night it will be a different file that it fails on.

Can anyone shed any light on this because it never reaches the end of the backup it always stops somewhere in the middle. And there's no exchange database its just backing up files on an NTFS partition.
