Job fails with error 0xe00084af

ver 12.5, job is configured to backup through AD domains selection list. When I test credentials (system account) server authenticates, selected share resources fail and account gets locked out. When I select target shares using WINS, authentication works ok. I checked that the system account is valid, has permissions, full access (domain admin acount). Is there a recent hotfix/update that may have caused this to happen?

Run the hotfixes on it and get your version up to date. A little more specifics tothe error also, look in the event viewer and give the full error. Do you have remote machines that your backing up make sure there on the same version as well.
