Job log and job history for 11d

Hi,

To those who are Backup Administrator using Symantec Veritas Backup 11d, kindly give help and assist me to solve my problem.  Job log and job history is emty and giving an error, I already updated the Veritas 11d, all the hot fix and patches and even the MSXML Parser, but still not problem is still there.

Can you give more details on the issue?  What is the error that you get when opening the Job logs, if any?
