I am working with a number of clients that have v9 - v12 BE for Windows and a random x-section of them have an issue where the job notification (success / failure) has stopped working. I have tried to recreate the recipient run test printouts to the printer and nothing seems to work. The general Windows test printout is working perfectly.
Any clues on this? Thanks in advance
