Job stops runnning after snapshot processing

I'm having problems whenever the Job starts running the Snapshot processing, it just changes the status to queued, when I check the alerts tab there are no alerts or any messages, I've configured the backup using polies, I had no problems like these the first two days I configured the backup but not I can't backup my files. the other problem is that every tape that has been using while trying to resolve this problem I can't overwrite it its like it has been used.

Have you tried running the job outside of a policy?

Have you tried running the policy-based job to a Backup-to-Disk folder instear=d of tape?

Have you tried the job without AOFO, just to see which files are being locked?
