LTO2 Library Drives With Different Device Manager Names

I'm trying to get Backup Exec for Windows Servers 11D 64 bit to work with a Neo 2000 tape library that has two HP LTO2 tape drives.   After installing the same Backup Exec device driver to both tape drives in the library, Device Manager sees them with different names.   The two drives show up as:

Hewlett Packard LTO Ultirum-2 drive

HP Ultrium 2-SCSI SCSI Sequential Device

Can someone help me understand why the same tape drive show up with two different names?

See the driver details under the device manager to see if they use different version of driver and download from symantec the latest device_driver_pack. Maybe this will solve the problem.
