I hope someone can help.
I am having problems with an LTO2 drive in an IBM 3400 server. It was working fine for roughly 3 months and now Backup Exec 11d SP4 cannot detect the media type or drive type, the drive shows up in the device tab but shows the media type as '***' and drive type as '***'. I have uninstalled the drive from BE and Windows(SBS 2003) device manager and restarted the server. The drive then reinstalls but the attributes are the same. I have installed the latest BE driver pack and all updates and run through the driver wizard with no luck and even completely uninstalled BE and installed from scratch.
Any help would be appreciated.
