Library Expansion Option licensed but not installed?

When I installed BE 11d, I added the license for the Library Expansion Option on my managed media server.  However, it was not installed, and it is not listed as any of the installable options if I run the setup executable. 

I am stuck being able to only use one head of my two-head tape drive as a result.

Anyone know what the problem is here?

Same problem here.
 
I can see that the library extension is licensed, but not installed.
 
I run a DELL PowerVault BackUp Device with two drives, BackUp Exec detect both drives but uses only one. Even if I configure a backup job to use explicit the second device, the device will not be used.

I believe you need a license for each tape drive...

Erm ... one license is included with BE, and one Library Expansion makes two for me - for two tape drives. Right? :)

Anyone from Symantec that can comment on this?    I've seen at least 5 people with this problem now.

Can you tell I don't want to open a support case?  Last time I was on hold for almost an hour.
