I have an open message for a library problem with multiple duplicate media showing in the media list. Now I am experiencing a new problem that may be related. When I run a normal job, a full back up, that spans multiple tapes (in this case two), the job completes the back up but then when it runs the verify it creates an alert:
Please insert media 'C0000006' into the robotic library by creating an Import media job.
If the media does not have a bar code, click Options on the Import Job Properties, and select 'Auto-inventory after import is completed'.
This is the media first media that is used in the job and is still in the library. I follow the instructions in the alert and run an import job (and check auto-inventory when complete) but the alert still comes back after the import job is successful.
