License Upgrade

I was wondering how to upgrade my license from backup exec ver 9.1 to ver 10. I have support agreement with veritas which is not yet expired. I have open file agents and exchange agents and IDR. Could any of you direct me in a proper direction so that i can successfully upgrade my license from ver 9.1 to 10.x
