Licenses needed when migrating out of SBS 2003

We are getting ready to bump up against the 75 user limit is SBS, and we are planning to buy the MS migration pack to move from SBS 2003 to full versions of Windows, Exchange, and SQL.  We recently extended our maintenance of our BackupExec for SBS, and upgraded to 11d.  What licenses, or license packs do we need to get when we do the migration?  We currently have licenses for the SBS server, and 3 remote windows server agents.
