Hi

The question is

if i have a Hyper-v Host with lets say 10 Guest operating systems in it, how would the equation look like with the licenses ?

It really depends on what those VMs are running, and how you want to do your backups. I've attached the licensing guide for BE 15, and it might be in your best interests to look at the V-Ray option!

A virtual agent licensing allows for unlimited VMs. However, if the VMs contain applications such as AD, SQL, Sharepoint and Exchange and if you are planning on using Application GRT (ability to recover individual items from these applications), then you would need require appropriate number of Agent for Application & Database licenses equal to the number of applications present inside the VMs.

The Hyper-V Agent licence entitled you to load AWS/RALUS into an unlimited number of VM's hosted on the licences host. This allows you to restore individual files/folders from your VM backups. To restore individual items from applications/Databases like Exchange, SQL Server Databases and AD, you would need one Agent for Applications and Databases licence for each application/Database in each VM. If you have a lot of applications/Databases, then it may be cheaper to get the V-Ray edition which gives you an unlimited number of Agent for Applications and Databases licences.
