You got to check the Alerts for any message that BE is putting out and respond to those messages.  I would hazard a guess and say that BE is prompting you to insert an overwriteable tape.

Hello,

A time has come to perform a powercycle on the network

1  : Turn OFF the Server and the Library
2  : Disconnect the Library and turn ON the Server
3  : Turn OFF the Server and connect the Library
4  : Turn ON the Library and let it boot
5  : Turn ON the Server and check the Device Manager for the Library

Install the Symantec Drivers for the Drives : http://support.veritas.com/docs/273853

Check the Drivers for the Medium Changer : It must be Unknown Medium Changer (Microsoft Drivers)

Is it a TAPE Library, a Stand alone External Drive OR an internal TAPE Drive?

It is an internal drive. After power cycling server I am now getting the message VxSvc_PercPro PERC 4/DI CONTROLLER 0, ARRAY DISK 0: 1 failed.
