Lotus Domino Databses not selectable for backup - All Licences installed

I have just started getting Not selectable for backup. Displayed for informational purposes only. THis was fine until Monday of this week. We have Veritas Backup Exec 10.0 5484 installed we were on Sp3 and I have just installed SP5 - still no joy. The backup software is installed on the Domino Server and the Domino licence is installed and listed.

Hi,

Do this :

1. Remove the License from Tools--> Serial Numbers and installation
2. Reboot the Domino Server
3. Install the license keys again and check if you are able to select Domain databases.

Also, do you see the lotus databases and are not able to "select" them ? Did you make any changes to the logon account?

This worked. Initially none of the database were listed so nothing was available for selection. Ran through the removal and adding of the licence (however no reboot was required) Backup is now running through successfully.
No changes were made to the logon account so unsure as to why this occured in the first place.
