Lotus Domino Skipping files on Partioned server

Hi, the exact problem Im having is detailed in technote Document ID: 265277

I am trying to backup a partioned domino server on BE 9.1 WITH the domino agent yet it is skipping all databases in sub folders.

The last agent I spoke to about this said I needed to upgrade to BE 10.0 but this is not an option as we paid for the software and agent only for it to not do what it claims it can (would you really buy some backup software only to run it and find out it dosnt work but it will if you upgrade).

It mentions there is a work around. Can somone please provide this to me?

Hello Danny,

Have you tried backing up Lotus with Advanced Open File Option ?.

We recommend you try this out as a workaround.

This worked, I de-selected the domino agent for that server and removed my exclusions for nsf and ntf files, backed them up and all worked 100%. Thanks for the answer.
