Lotus Notes db located on nt4 server cannot be selected

We have a backup exec server v. 10.0 rev 5484 running on a windows 2000 server.
I added the serial number for the lotus notes agent.
I installed successfully the windows server agent v10 on the windows NT4 server and the service is up and running.
I can see and select all local drives, but I CAN'T see and
select the lotus notes databases.
Of course, I know that Veritas doesn't support anymore backup exec on windows NT4 OS, but has somenone had the same problem and found a solution?

Hello,

Are you getting any error message while backing up the remote lotus resources?

As you know that Backup Exec does not support NT4.0 ; even as a remote server, hence we do not guarantee that it will work.
