MS KB hotfix & Backup Exec Remote Agent has been lost error

Hi,

Does anybody has expirience of applying the KB940349 (link below)  for Backup Exec Remote Agent has been lost error 0xe00084f8 fixing?

You need to apply the VSS HF for Win 2003 only if the backup are failing with the VSS error.

The hotfix requires a reboot too.
