Mailbox Restore failed

My backup is working fine for both exchange and files. But when i try to restore a mail, i get this error message

a000fe30 - A communications failure has occurred.

I have remote agent agent installed on the server. And it also crashes the remote agent on the remote server.

Are you Backing up the M Drive? In that case please refer to the technote below.

(title) A communications failure has occurred" (a000fe30 HEX or e000fe30 HEX) is reported during a failed backup job

Also install SP3 and verify
