Summary of database maintenance activity:Maintenance has failed: 11, Check database failed

After upgrading to 11d from 10d I now get that error above every night...
Anyone know what it means??

Ive done a little research myself and found its the database consistensy check that fails... I still dont know why but I ran it manually and it stops after 3 sec and say its some error... nothing more... no specifics at all...
 
Is there a log file somewhere I can check that the DB creates?

There is a defect on this, unfortunately the database needs to be modified by Symantec to correct the failures.
 
Please call in to support and open a case, the technician will be able to bring your database into Symantec to clear up this issue.
