Manual RAWS install for MSCS

I need to backup a Win2K3R2 x64 MSCS cluster. The backup host is on another server and we are using Backup Exec 11d. Is there a manual step-by-step procedure to install RAWS on the cluster when Cluster Administrator is greyed out?
