unable to backup outlook folders after upgrade.

I went from 10d with exchange backups to 11d. I couldn't simply upgrade because some of the upgrade files were missing. I uninstalled and installed 11d. I am now unable to back exchange folders. I have tried calling support 3 times each time I was hungup on after about an hour of waiting.

When setting up a backup job in 10d I used to have the exchange folders I could put a check by when selecting what I want to backup.

Do you have the Exchange Module Installed?
 
Do you have Outlook installed on the media server?  if so , have you logged on as the service account and created an Outlook profile?
