Manual delete/reinstall backup exec 9.1

I need a way to manually delete and reinstall backup exec 9.1, we are having issues with the remote agent stopping unexpectedly, although the program only backs up the server its on. We have tried changing to listening port for the remote agent, no luck. Any other suggestions, or a manual way to delete and reinstall this product would be great.

Any reason that you don't want to just run the Uninstall?

Basically, this server has 4 physical drives.The original people that looked after it had made the c: drive very small for the server. We copied the data off this dive, blew it away, resized and then restored back to it. When we did this.we reinstalled backup exec to a different drive. So there are a few files that we need to delete off manually, just to be on the safe side.Message was edited by:

Unfortunately, as per the company rules,stpes for manual uninstall cannot be given over the forum. We request you to try the msi cleanup utility, if still need be please avail to phone support,which is a paid option.
