Manual installation of Domino Agent?

Hi folks.

I'm having a problem with trying to install the Lotus Domino agent onto a remote server - I'm getting the RPC error. I've checked the remote server, and DCOM is running.I had the same error when I tried to install the CAL.
I've tried to manually install the remote server agent (CAL) from the RANT32 directory, and whilst the service appears and runs, the BUEX server doesn't allow me to connect to the remote server, saying that the agent isn't installed. :(

So, two questions please.
A. Has anyone got any bright ideas on how to install the Domino agent.
B. Is it something network related? (I can map a drive OK).
