Migrating to new hardware

I am having problems migrating the media set retention information to a new server. I have installed BE 9.1 on the new server, moved the existing bedb information and tried using the beutility.exe, does not work. The new server does have a different name, I am thinking that may be the issue. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello,

What procedure are you following in order to move the media information to the other server? Did you copy the data and catalog folder to new server?

Do elaborate the procedure. Do you get any error messages?

I have moved the catalogs, works fine. The problem is moving the BEDB. After moving and using the beutility, the BE services will not start.

I have used the information contained in documents "274102" and "274119" and I still get the error "The specified database does not exist".
