Move CPS console to a new physical server

I need to move our CPS console to a new server.  I have installed CPS on the new server, but now I find all of the remote agents are pointing to the old server.  Is there any way to point the agents to the new server without having to reinstall them?

I have a call into Customer Suport about this now, but there's no telling when they'll get back to me.  Has nobody ever tried to do this before?
