I am looking at possibly migrating my departmental domain into a larger domain at my University. DLO stores user data by domain-username. Is there any special procedure that I need to follow when I move user accounts to the new domain so they have full access to there backup data? Or do I just rename the folders and reset the permissions? Are there other problems that I will encounter? Deleting the current data and doing full backups on 300 clients is not a good option.
