Move SQL Server (BKUPEXEC) to SQL 2005 Server

We have BackupExec 11d installed on a Windows 2003 x64 server.  The server also has SQL 2005 installed on it.  I would like to moved the BackupExec database off of the SQL Express or MSDE database into the SQL 2005 server.  That way it can run on sqlserver.exe instead of sqlserver.exe*32.

Is this supported?  If so, is there documentation on how to do it?

BackupExec seem really sluggish and I think that the 32-bit SQL on on a 64 bit machine is just lagging.

Drew,

This technote should take care of what you are trying to do.  It says it's for 10x, but it is the same process for 11x.
Just change the path from Veritas to Symantec.
