Moving Backup Exec 12 from one server to another.

Can someone provide me detailed instructions on how I would move an installation of BE12 from one server to another?
I know that I have to move the controller card and tape drive but I want to move all of the database files, catalogs, media, jobs, etc. to a new server.

Any help would be appreciated.
