Should be no problem. AFAIK, you need licenses for extra drives only when they are in a library, where they need an LEO for each drive after the first. (ie one library with one drive comes with the base license)

At one point, on a P3/450/640MB I was driving 6 DLT7000s on three dedicated SCSI channels. througput was not blazingly fast, but was acceptable.
