Naming backup file according to job name.

Can someone help by telling me how to name the actual backup file with the same name as the name i would have given the job itself.
I have set 4 jobs to run, one for each server, and they are going to the same B2D folder, how can i get the job name to be the file name, rather than to have B2D00001, B2D0002...

You can't - all you can do is change the prefix - B2D file names are always a prefix followed by an incrementing numeric value.

This comes up over and over.

You could try adding this in the "ideas" area of the forum.  perhaps in a future version, we'll be able to do this
