Need your help : EXEC BACKUP 2010 error : 0xe000810c

Hi !

l'm a beginer with symantec solutions ,

l have an Backup Exec 2010 Server mainly used  for backup and restoration of my database

Since 2 days, l have an error code : 0xe000810c and the message is something like this ( l made the translation from french ) :

"robotic library drive not available in physical volume"

Please can you help me to solve this issue ?

What is the destination device, is it a Disk or a Tape Drive?

If its tape drive than make sure the hardware appears in the Windows Device Manager.

Install Symantec drivers for the tape drive. Check the Windows event viewer for any hardware related 

error.
