New cluster setup

I going to be setting up on a  2 node-cluster. Anyone able to point me to tips or a guide would be appreciated. Also any pitfalls to watch for too. Thanks

Do you mean you are setting up BE so BE is clustered, rather than just using BE to backup cluster nodes? If so, then there is guidance in the Administrator's Guide, but I wouldn't say it's as good as I would like if I were installing into a cluster. The Administrator's Guide seems to imply that CASO and SSO are beneficial in this scenario.
If you are just looking to back up cluster nodes, have a look at http://www.backupexecfaq.com/faq/getting-started/backing-up-veritas-cluster-server.html

Also what is CASO? SSO is Single Sign On correct?

CASO is Central Admin Server Option
SSO is Shared Storage Option

See http://www.backupexecfaq.com/faq/concepts/backupexec-options.html for a one-line summary of what these options do.

Clustering is usually used in situations where you can't tolerate more than a few minutes downtime. I'd question whether for anything other than the most demanding environments, whether clustering is worth the time and expense. If you need some fault tolerance, having two BE servers, and the CASO option to manage jobs between the servers would probably be sufficient in most situations.
