I need help. We were testing this software in consideration to buy it. We were testing it on 4 machines. We had 5 copys, per the ones that came with backup exec. We also installed it and uninstalled it multiple times on a few machines for testing purposes. As of Friday all the machines say "The Software is either not configured or has been disabled by the administrator." I think it is a licensing problem because if you look in Backup Exec it says we are not licensed. So is there any way to un license evreyone and start from the beginning again. I want to solve these problems before we buy multiple copys of this software.
